Sprocket Carrier Casting
Not to bad, but thers some sand inclusions and porosity, and im not happy about the undercuts were i glued on the drive dogs, What i realy need is some kind of fairing compound to smooth out the transitons but will burn out cleanly with the foam.
Here iam documenting the design and build of Feet First motorcycle dont know what that is? find out here I am useing a Kawasaki ER6 engine mainly because of its very compact dimensions , an important consideration for this layout. I am planing to make a trellis style frame in steel along with a Hossack front end, the body work will be in aluminum and a fairing in carbon fiber. This may all change as the design progresses. I am also attempting to cast my own front wheel design, this is also coverd here.
